Return and refund


If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable).

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons that are not our responsibility,
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Cancellation or modification of the order

We process orders you place quickly, usually within 12 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email to:

Beyond this time, the ordered items will already be shipped.

In this case, you must wait for delivery and return the items to us for a refund (product cost + delivery). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your return is accepted, your items will be reimbursed no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned product, to which must be added the interbank period ranging from 3 to 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank.
