Shipping times

Your items will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours on average (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse based in the Paris region.

Delivery times:

  • 2 to 4 working days with tracking for France,
  • 3 to 6 working days with tracking for Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany ,
  • 8 to 10 working days with tracking for the French overseas departments and territories.

Delivery method:

  • Via Colissimo for France and DOM-TOM
  • At a relay point via Mondial Relay only in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany

Shipping costs:

  • €3.95 to €5.95 for France and overseas territories
  • 5.95€ for Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Netherlands and Germany
