We take 24 to 48 working hours (except weekends and public holidays) to process your order, then 2 to 5 working days (in Europe) on average to deliver it.
Regarding Overseas, it takes 8 to 10 working days to receive your order.

Our offices are located in the Paris region, and we ship our products from our warehouse based in France.

Yes, this will be active 24 to 48 working hours after your order is shipped; and you will then be able to track and/or locate your order by going to the “TRACK MY PACKAGE” tab.

Depending on your orders and available stocks, your packages may be shipped in different packages. So don't panic if you don't receive everything in the same package.

Our policy aims to satisfy 100% of our customers. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order to us for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt.

NO REFUND can be made in the event of an error in entering your delivery information when placing your order. So remember to check the name, first name and delivery address BEFORE VALIDATE YOUR ORDER.

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

You have 12 hours after placing your order to send us a cancellation or modification email via our contact form.
